Shipping Policy

At Mid-Town Greenz, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and discreet delivery experience. All orders are sealed to maintain freshness, quality, and privacy.

Where We Ship

We ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. Orders placed from locations where shipping is restricted may be canceled and refunded.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available in select New Jersey areas. Same-Day / Next-Day delivery windows are confirmed after checkout. The name on the order must match the ID presented at delivery. Customers must be 21+ and a valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be released to anyone under 21 or without ID.

Standard Shipping

All shipped orders are sent in discreet packaging with tracking included. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier volume. Age verification may be required.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days
  • Tracking information is provided once shipped

All items are shipped in plain, unmarked, smell-proof packaging.

Return & Refund Policy

To maintain product quality, safety, and compliance, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for opened or unopened products, preference changes, or strain/flavor selection.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We will replace items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If replacement is not available, store credit may be issued.

We Cannot Refund For:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Products confiscated due to local/state restrictions
